I do have a solution, but the ladder you're describing appears to be unique to Winnebago with no direct replacement options. The closest possible thing would be to use the Stromberg Carlson Exterior RV Ladder # LA-401 along with the Stromberg Carlson RV Ladder Extension # LA-148.

I wish I could say yes but I checked with Roadmaster and they still do not list a stabilizer for your 2019 XC-S chassis. If your motorhome is a 2019 model though you might actually have a 2018 XC-S chassis so I would check to see if that is so.
